Shipping Policy

Are you thinking about acquiring an artefact from WreckTreasure? Before you set sail on this adventure, drop anchor here for all the details about how your piece of history will make its way to you! On this page we aim to provide you with all information regarding the shipping process of your order. We expect most of your questions will be answered here. However, if you are still left with some uncertainties after consulting this page, please do not hesitate to contact us via email or via the contact form on our site. 

Insured Delivery

All orders placed at WreckTreasure are insured for their full value when heading out for delivery. The delivery is handled by Dutch courier PostNL, however, for international deliveries it is likely that a third-party will take care of shipping outside of Dutch borders.

Track & Trace

Once your treasure has been fully prepared for its awaiting journey, we will hand it over to the courier service and you will receive a Track & Trace code via email. You can now follow every step of your order until it reaches your doorstep.

Shipping Costs

We are based in the Netherlands, and therefore offer lower shipping fees in EU countries. For further destinations we charge a higher rate, indicated by the table on the right. Are you unsure what the fee is for your destination? Use the shipping costs calculator available in your Cart. All shipping fees are including of tax.

Shipping Times

Unfortunately, we cannot give an indication about the time it will take for your order to reach you. This is mainly due to customs taking hold of parcels. However, the Track & Trace we provided you with might give you a rough estimate of the arrival time.

Tax

Taxes are dependent on the shipping location of your order and are calculated automatically based on your location. For orders to non-EU countries it is possible that customs make additional charges on your purchases. Please be informed about the current tax regulations in your country.
